  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Fill a baking dish with 1/2” of water and place on the bottom rack of the oven.
  2. In a bowl, melt coconut oil and mix in lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, dill, sea salt, and fresh parsley.
  3. On a separate baking tray, thoroughly coat the cauliflower with the marinade.
  4. Roast the cauliflower for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  5. Tip: To brown the cauliflower edges, broil for the last 3-5 minutes of cooking.
