I am Liana Werner-Gray, I created The Earth Diet in 2009 after hitting rock bottom with my health. I was facing a golf ball sized tumor, chronic fatigue, parasites, and digestive issues—and healed completely naturally—by returning to the way God intended us to eat: straight from nature. Raised in the Australian Outback, I attended an Aboriginal school where we learned from Indigenous elders how to survive off the land. Their way of life—free from cancer, diabetes, and obesity—showed me that the key to health is simple: eat directly from nature.
