Vegan Spinach & Artichoke Ravioli

Ingredients:
- 1 box Explore Cuisine Organic Green Lentil Lasagne
- 1 jar Rao’s Homemade All-Natural Pasta Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
Filling
- 1 cup Native Forest Artichoke Hearts
- 3 cups spinach
- 1/4 tsp. Redmond Real Salt Ancient Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup cashew cheese
- 2 Tbsp. vegan Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup basil
- 4 Tbsp. pine nuts
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together all filling ingredients until well combined.
- To bake, preheat oven to 325°F.
- Assemble ravioli with the green lentil lasagne sheets and filling (instructions not provided; follow package or preferred method).
- Place assembled ravioli in a baking dish, cover with Rao’s pasta sauce and sprinkle with nutritional yeast.
