Immune-boosting Tea
Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1-inch piece of ginger, diced
- 1 garlic clove, diced
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, bring water, ginger, garlic, and cayenne pepper to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 7 minutes.
- Strain as you pour into a teacup.
- Squeeze in the juice of the lemon, add honey, and stir well.
- Drink warm.
