Anti-Inflammatory Ginger Tea

Ingredients:
- 4 cups filtered water
- 2 inch piece of ginger, diced
Instructions:
- Boil the water and diced ginger in a saucepan for 7 minutes.
- Strain the liquid as you pour it into teacups.
- Drink warm.
Tip: Make a large batch, let it cool, and refrigerate. Enjoy chilled ginger water the next day.
