Ingredients:

  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 2 inch piece of ginger, diced

Instructions:

  1. Boil the water and diced ginger in a saucepan for 7 minutes.
  2. Strain the liquid as you pour it into teacups.
  3. Drink warm.

Tip: Make a large batch, let it cool, and refrigerate. Enjoy chilled ginger water the next day.
