Vegan Coconut Chocolate Mousse (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients:

• 6 dates
• 1 can Native Forest Coconut Cream
• 2 Tbsp. pHresh Products Cacao Powder
• 1/4 tsp. Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
• 1 Tbsp. Nutiva MCT Oil
• 1/8 tsp. Redmond Sea Salt

Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
2. Pour mousse into an airtight jar and refrigerate overnight.
