Keto Cloud Bread (Gluten-Free & Dairy Free)

Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs whites and yolks separated
- 1/8 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/8 tsp. Redmond Real Salt Ancient Sea Salt
- 2 tsp. Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil with Buttery Flavor melted
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites and baking powder until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat vegan cream cheese, melted coconut oil, egg yolks, and salt until smooth.
- Using a spatula, carefully fold egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.
- Scoop mixture into six even discs on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, until golden.
