Chocolate & Roasted Hazelnut Dipped Oranges

Ingredients:
- 2 oranges or 4 tangerines peeled and separated
- 2 bars Hu Chocolate
- 1 cup Raw Hazelnuts
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a food processor, chop hazelnuts into small pieces. Spread pieces over a second baking tray; roast for 3 to 5 minutes.
- In a small pot over low heat, melt chocolate bars.
- Dip citrus wedges into melted chocolate, then into roasted hazelnuts until well covered.
- Arrange dipped oranges on the prepared baking tray. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
