P.S. If you are confused about what to order, here’s what I’d personally recommend:
- If you are local in NYC / NJ / CT — go to your local juice bar and start taking shots there.
- If you want the BEST option, get fresh wheatgrass shipped to you and juice it yourself (yes, you can juice it in your Nama, and yes, wheatgrass is gluten free).
- For beginners, I’d recommend starting with 3 lb fresh and juicing and freezing your shots yourself.
- For more serious health conditions, many people start with 6 lb fresh or the frozen therapeutic packs ( call them to see if they will ship you the frozen).
