Golden Milk
Total Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 cups coconut milk and/or almond milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut sugar (more if desired)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (MCT is best)
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to a saucepan.
- Whisk gently until the mixture is boiling and creamy.
- Serve and enjoy. Optionally, garnish with edible flowers and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
