Ingredients:
- 1 fresh coconut, both the liquid and the meat
Instructions:
- Bust a hole open in the coconut and drain the liquid into a blender.
- Crack the coconut completely open and scrape out the white coconut pulp flesh; add it to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until a smooth, creamy coconut milk is achieved.
Suggestion: Add a dash of Himalayan salt for enhanced flavor.
