Quinoa-Walnut Crusted Chicken - My Store

Ingredients:

Breading

  • 1 cup walnuts blended into flour consistency
  • 2 Tbsp. uncooked quinoa
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a baking tray with buttery coconut oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine breading ingredients.
  3. Working one piece at a time, dip chicken into breading. If breading doesn’t stick, wet the chicken slightly before coating.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
