Beet Juice

Ingredients:

• 1 small beet
• 2 red apples
• 4 carrots

Instructions:

1. Put all the ingredients in your juice machine.
2. Juice and drink.

Suggestions: Juice the entire beet, including the stalk and leaves, if available.
