Vegan Rocky Road Dessert Bars (Gluten-Free)
Ingredients:
- 3 Hu Kitchen Simple Dark Chocolate bars (1 cup chocolate)
- 1 tsp. Nutiva Organic MCT Oil
- 1/4 cup SunButter Organic Sunflower Butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups walnuts, crushed
Instructions:
- In a pot over low heat, melt chocolate bars, MCT oil, and sunflower butter together.
- Stir in crushed walnuts and remove from heat.
- Let mixture cool for 4 minutes, then fold in mini marshmallows.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour mixture into the tray and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for one hour until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
