  1. In a pot over low heat, melt chocolate bars, MCT oil, and sunflower butter together.
  2. Stir in crushed walnuts and remove from heat.
  3. Let mixture cool for 4 minutes, then fold in mini marshmallows.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour mixture into the tray and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for one hour until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
