Valentine's Day Sugar Cookies (Vegan & Gluten-Free) - My Store

Ingredients:

  • Confetti sprinkles
  • Chocolate chips
  • Shredded coconut
  • Strawberries and raspberries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat coconut oil until creamy. Add coconut sugar and beat again until well combined.
  3. Gradually mix in flours, baking soda, vanilla, and salt until a soft, thick dough forms.
  4. Roll out dough and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut shapes. Arrange cookies on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely.
  6. Prepare frosting according to package instructions. Divide frosting in half and add pink food coloring to one half.
  7. Spread frosting on cookies and decorate with desired toppings.
