  3. In a large bowl, whisk together egg, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in almond flour, coconut flour, tiger nut flour, and rolled oats to form a soft dough.
  5. Top the blueberries evenly with the dough.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
