Blender Method

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a 7x11 baking pan and freeze for 4-1/2 hours.
  3. Remove and re-blend to infuse oxygen and make it creamier. Freeze overnight.
  4. If a creamier consistency is desired, re-blend prior to serving.

Ice Cream Maker Method

  1. The day before, place your ice cream maker’s churning bowl in the freezer to chill.
  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
  3. Add mixture to the ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s directions to churn.

Tip: Set out "nice cream" for 10 minutes before serving to soften. Use an ice cream scoop warmed in hot water to ease scooping.
