Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix together coconut sugar, flours, buttery coconut oil, vegan butter, vanilla, seeds, and spices until crumbly. Mix in oats until well blended. Set aside.
  3. In an 8”x8” glass baking dish, arrange plum slices. Top with the crumbly crust mixture.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
