Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 12x7-inch pan with coconut oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, coconut oil, sunflower butter, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. (Note: Do not follow package directions.)
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and evenly add blueberries on top.
  5. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
