Chocolate Date-Caramel Cups - My Store

Serves: 24 cups

Ingredients:

Chocolate

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. In a food processor, combine all caramel ingredients and blend until thick and smooth. Remove and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt chocolate over very low heat.
  4. Add 1 Tbsp chocolate to a large paper candy cup or 1/2 Tbsp to a small cup. Repeat with caramel, then top with a second spoonful of chocolate. Continue layering until all ingredients are used.
  5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes until set.
