Master Smoothie
Makes: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 cup hemp milk or coconut milk
- 3/4 frozen banana
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 2 tablespoons organic SunButter or almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina
- 1 handful of spinach or kale
- 1 scoop Nutiva vanilla-flavored plant protein (or any non-rice protein powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon flax meal or seeds
- 1 teaspoon MCT oil
Instructions:
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
- Pour into a glass, drink, and enjoy!
