Homemade Fruit & Seed Bars (Vegan & Gluten-Free) - My Store

Ingredients:

Topping

  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp. sunflower seeds
  • Honey, for glaze

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix bar ingredients until well combined. The dough should be sticky, not too dry.
  3. Press mixture into pan. Add seeds to top. With a brush, glaze with honey.
  4. Bake for 11-12 minutes, until golden brown.
