Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk of your choice or filtered water
  • Toppings (of your choosing): Blueberries, Flax meal, Hempseeds, Organic SunButter, Roasted walnuts, Strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Place the chia seeds and liquid into a cereal bowl.
  2. Soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the toppings and eat.

Tip:

  • For sweeter cereal, add 1 teaspoon raw honey, maple syrup, or chopped dates.
