Chia Seed Cereal
Makes: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk of your choice or filtered water
- Toppings (of your choosing): Blueberries, Flax meal, Hempseeds, Organic SunButter, Roasted walnuts, Strawberries
Instructions:
- Place the chia seeds and liquid into a cereal bowl.
- Soak for 10 minutes.
- Add the toppings and eat.
Tip:
- For sweeter cereal, add 1 teaspoon raw honey, maple syrup, or chopped dates.
