Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup or honey

Granola

  • 3 Tbsp. oats
  • 3 Tbsp. almond butter or SunButter Sunflower Butter

Toppings

  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • Fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the oats and almond butter. Set aside.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine almond milk, frozen raspberries, frozen strawberries, and maple syrup; blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Top with the almond butter granola, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and fresh raspberries.
  5. Liana’s tip: For extra crunch, toast the dry oats in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until golden, then mix with the almond butter.
