Simple Green Salad With Lemon Dressing

Total time: 10 minutes

Serves: 1 large salad you can share with a friend!

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
1/2 head of lettuce
1 cup of kale
1 large lemon

Action:
1.  Cut up vegetables and mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2.  Squeeze the lemon over the salad and toss.
3.  Eat and enjoy!

Tips:
1. Add raw honey to make it sweet
2. Add walnuts to make it crunchier
3. Add avocado
