Kale Beet Blueberry Smoothie

Total making time: 10 minutes

Serves: One (Makes 1-2 cups)

Ingredients:
Half head of kale (stems and all!)
1/4 of a beet
1 cup blue berries

Suggestion:
+ Add ice to make it cold
+ Add honey or maple syrup or another natural sweetner if you like it sweeter
+ Add water to make it smoother 

Action:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender like a VITAMIX for 1-2 minutes until smoothy consistency. 
2. Ready to drink,
