Easy Broccoli & Asparagus

Total time: 15 minutes


Serves: 1 as a main meal or 2 as an entree 


Ingredients:
1 medium broccoli
6 asparagus spears
2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds


Action:
1. Chop broccoli into bite size pieces
2. Cut ends of asparagus spears
3. Lightly steam broccoli and asparagus
4. Serve with hulled hemp seeds sprinkled on top

Benefits:

High in folate
Excellent source of omega 3’s
