Curried Broccoli & Onion

Total time: 15 minutes

Serves: 2




Ingredients:
1 brown onion
1 cup of broccoli
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Action:
1. Heat pan with the coconut oil and add veggies.
2. Cook until desired crunchiness or softness. 
Tips:  
1. This is a great side dish served with The Earth Diet Chicken Nuggets.
2. Add carrots, zucchini and peas for a vegetable medley.
