Cheesy Vegan Dipping Sauce

Total time: 10 minutes

Serves: Makes 1 cup

Ingredients:
1 cup of hemp seeds (or nuts like cashews or almonds)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
The juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon of himalayan salt
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Action:
1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or VITAMIX until smooth! 
 
Tips: 
1. Serve with carrot and celery slices.
2. Use as a sauce to dip The Earth Diet Fries.
3. Use on top of The Earth Diet Raw Pizza.
4. Serve on The Earth Diet Pasta.
