Serves: 1-2

Ingredients:
2 cups tightly packed Cos lettuce (Romaine)

2-3 Bananas
1-2 Pears
1-2 cups fresh coconut water/filtered water

Action:
1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender like the Vitamix

2. Serve
